General

This website is operated by Roopa Gopal Art. All content on this site — including artwork images, descriptions, and written copy — is the intellectual property of Roopa Gopal and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., who provide the platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars. By completing a purchase or submitting an inquiry, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at my discretion.

Originals

All original paintings are one-of-a-kind works. Once a sale is confirmed, the piece is removed from availability. Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor settings and calibration.

Prints

All prints are made to order through a trusted local print partner. Please allow [X] business days for printing and fulfillment before shipping. Because each print is made on demand, all sales of prints are final.

Returns & Refunds

All sales of original artwork and made-to-order prints are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact me at art@roopagopalstudio.com. I insure all shipments at full value and will work with you to file a carrier claim.

Shipping

I currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and timelines are noted at checkout. I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has left my studio or print partner's facility.

Intellectual Property

Purchasing a painting or print does not transfer any intellectual property rights. I retain full copyright over all original works. You may not reproduce, print, or commercially use any artwork purchased from this site without my written consent.

Limitation of Liability

While I make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions, images, and pricing on this site, I do not guarantee that all content is error-free or that your monitor will display colors with complete accuracy. I am not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of any product.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
